“Racism…is an universal operating system of white supremacy and domination in which the majority of the world’s white people participate.” ~ Dr. Frances Cress Welsing

Allow your mind a chance to process and visualize the dept of the quote above. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing a world-renowned  American Afrocentrist  psychiatrist spent her life explaining the importance of Afrikan Americans knowing that their genetic composition is what makes them a threat to survival of Euro “white” Americans race and culture. Reintroducing terms such as Melanin to the Afrikan American community and the importance that the lack of certain types melanin may cause several neurological disorders such as racism. Racism has been argued by philologist since the days of Nazi Germany  as neurological/mental  disorder. (1)  Dr. Frances Cress Welsing continued to battle her peers for decades about the on going assault on the Black community. Creating numerous heated debates with statements explaining  “to ensure white genetic survival” that  our Government  created AIDS and addiction to crack cocaine and other substances for “chemical and biological warfare”  against the Black community. This type of forward thinking made her a constant target of white male dominated psychologist field.

Nevertheless,  Dr. Frances Cress Welsing continued to transcend the psychological community with her compelling and factual debates with contemporaries as well as creating “The Isis Papers: The Keys to the Colors”  this groundbreaking document set the black conscious community on its ears while alienating white scholars abroad. Her book echoed the sentiments of many scholars such Dr. Neely Fuller, Dr. John Henry Clarke, Dr. Yosef Ben-Jochannan and many more. Her works later went on to inspire popular activist and film producer of critically acclaimed “Hidden Colors” documentary series Tariq Nasheed .
